Just a Taste Class – 1 and 2 Hour
Our “Just A Taste Class” (JAT) is available as a one or two hour nutrition and healthy cooking class. Students will participate in a fun learning activity and then make some healthy snacks and meals. This is a fun class to get your kids interested in the kitchen. Contact your instructor for a list of various class themes and current class offerings. This class is designed for kids 5-8 and 9-13 years of age.

Preschool Class
Our Lil’s Sprouts Preschool Classes are designed specifically for ages 2-5. Don’t think your toddler can cook? Think again! We’ve got fun, age appropriate classes bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy snacks. Classes are theme-based.

8 Hour Core Cooking Program
This is our core cooking program. Your child will learn how to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners for him/herself. This is a foundational cooking program for any child aged 5-8 or 9-13 who is looking to help with a family meal or just learn some important kitchen skills and build confidence in the kitchen. This program is usually held for 2 hours a week x 4 weeks. Each child will receive a Certificate of Completion and become eligible to attend additional HHC Advanced Classes (prerequisite).

Kids Cooking Camp (Ages 5-8 & 9-13)
Join us for an action packed kids cooking camp that will empower your child with the skills needed to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for him/herself. This is our 8-Hour Core Cooking Program that qualifies your child to attend additional HHC Advanced Classes. Each student will receive a Certificate of Completion. Recommended for ages 5-8 and 9-13. Check with your instructor for camp availability based on age group.

Advanced Cooking Classes (Ages 5-8 & 9-13)
Continue your culinary journey in these ongoing, fun-filled classes
Advanced classes are only available to students who have been through the 8-Hour Core Cooking Program or Cooking Day Camp (prerequisite). Advanced classes will continue to help build your child’s nutrition and culinary skills while working with fresh, seasonal produce. Classes are two hours in length each and include a nutrition activity, new kitchen culinary skill, and the preparation of 3-4 healthy recipes. Class sizes are limited for safety and quality purposes. Advanced classes are held in fully equipped kitchens.
