FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Kitchen Confident Kids and Healthy Hands Cooking makes every attempt to identify all ingredients in their recipes.
Every effort is made to instruct our certified cooking instructors on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label recipes with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. You must make the decision of enrolling your child based on this information and the possible health risk.
There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Kitchen Confident Kids will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while participating in any Healthy Hands Cooking class or Birthday Party.
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A BINDING CONTRACT UPON REGISTRATION OF MY CHILD(REN) IN A HEALTHY HANDS COOKING CLASS, PROGRAM, OR BIRTHDAY PARTY AND I AGREE OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
